How to delete your account and data

Your information is yours. You can delete your store and everything Pixobra keeps about it, any time and without explaining why.

Option 1: from your dashboard (immediate)

  1. Sign in to your Pixobra dashboard (Google, Facebook or email).
  2. Open Settings and scroll to Delete my store.
  3. Type your business name to confirm and press the red button.

Option 2: by email

If you cannot sign in, write to [email protected] from the email you signed up with, with the subject “Delete my account” and your business name. We will delete it within 30 days and confirm the same way.

What gets deleted

  • Your store, its Pixobra address, your logo and photos.
  • Products, menu, orders, customers, agenda and expenses recorded in your dashboard.
  • Your account, your PIN and your conversations with Pixo.
  • The link with Google or Facebook (which you can also remove yourself from those accounts' security settings).

What may remain

Records the law requires us to keep (for example, billing) and backups, which are discarded over time. More in the privacy policy.
