Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 27, 2026

Pixobra is a platform by Pixobra LLC, a company registered in Wyoming, USA. We give every food business its own website, menu and orders, with an AI assistant called Pixo. This policy explains what data we handle, why, who we share it with, and what rights you have. If anything is unclear, write to [email protected].

1. What data we collect

  • Account: your name and email address, which we receive when you sign up or sign in with Google or Facebook. From those accounts we ask only for your name and email; we do not read your contacts, posts or mail.
  • Access: a PIN to enter your dashboard. It is stored in a protected form that nobody, including us, can read.
  • Your business: name, logo, photos, products, prices, hours, address, social links, and the orders and payments recorded in your dashboard.
  • Your customers: what they type when placing an order on your site (name, phone, delivery address, notes). You decide how to use that data; we store it on your behalf.
  • Conversations with Pixo: the messages you type or dictate and the replies, so Pixo remembers what you were talking about.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type and error logs, to protect the service and fix problems.

2. What we use it for

  • To create and run your website, dashboard and orders.
  • To verify it is you when you sign in.
  • So Pixo can answer and make changes to your business when you ask.
  • To tell you about the service (changes, billing, security).
  • To prevent abuse and comply with the law.

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the providers that make the service possible, and only what is needed:

  • Google and Facebook (Meta): for sign-in, if you choose to use them.
  • Google (Gemini): the AI model Pixo uses. The messages you send to Pixo are processed on its servers.
  • Meta (WhatsApp) and Twilio: if you connect your WhatsApp to Pixo, messages go through them.
  • Hosting and email: the provider where the site runs and the one that sends our emails.
  • Authorities: when a law or valid order requires it.

4. How long we keep it

While your store is active. If you delete it, we permanently erase your business data, except what the law requires us to keep (for example, billing records) and backups, which are rotated and discarded over time.

5. Your rights and how to delete your account

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time.

  • Delete your store and data yourself: go to your dashboard, open Settings and press Delete my store. It is immediate and cannot be undone.
  • If you cannot sign in: write to [email protected] from the email you signed up with and we will do it for you. More details in how to delete your account.

6. Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), store credentials in a protected way and limit who can see each piece of data. No system is perfect: if an incident affects you, we will tell you.

7. Children

Pixobra is for adult business owners. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

8. Changes to this policy

If we change it in a significant way, we will let you know in the dashboard or by email. The date above shows the latest version.
